Cellar master and grower-producer in Vertus, I lead Maison Doyard‑Mahé, of which I am the fourth generation — and the third of grower-producers. Our philosophy: carry the family tradition forward while crafting new artisanal cuvées through sustainable, environment-friendly viticulture (VDC – HVE), so we may pass on an exceptional terroir to future generations.
Responsible for vinification, the champagne method and sales in France and abroad, I would be delighted to welcome you for a tasting of our Blanc de Blancs at the Moulin d'Argensole.
In January 2026, I had the honour of being inducted as a Dame Dignitaire of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, joining the brotherhood that champions Champagne wine in France and around the world.
